Professor Patrick James, Energy and Climate Change Division delivered guest lecture on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at the ITS Global Engagement. The virtual lecture entitled ‘Rural Electrification in sub-Saharan Africa: Lessons from the Field’ was delivered on 24 March 2021. His lecture focuses the rural electrification programme of the e4D team and shared the experience gained from six operating solar mini grids in Kenya and Uganda.
